Order processing
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary by product, inventory availability, holidays and promotional periods.
Pickup
Please wait until you receive pickup confirmation and instructions before travelling to the pickup location. Bring your order confirmation and suitable transportation. Measure your vehicle, doors, hallways and stairways in advance, especially for mattresses and boxsprings.
Delivery
If delivery is available for your order, the applicable option, timing and cost will be confirmed during checkout or directly with our team. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, access conditions or carrier delays.
Inspecting your order
Inspect the packaging at pickup or delivery. If an item appears damaged or incorrect, take clear photos and contact us promptly before opening or using it.
